How to get help with Hilo and its integrations.

How we help

Email us at camilo@snc-designs.com from your account's email. Tell us what happened, on which screen and, if you can, include a screenshot. We reply within 1–2 business days (Colombia time, GMT-5).

Integrations

• Google Drive, Notion and Zoom: connect them in Settings › Integrations (studio owner only). If something doesn't link, disconnect and reconnect the tool.
• Zoom: full guide to add, use and remove the integration at get-hilo.app/zoom.
• Claude, ChatGPT and other AIs (MCP): guide to connect your AI at get-hilo.app/connector-guide.
